Tutorial - SuperOffice as your solution (macOS)

How to connect your email account, documents, and calendar to SuperOffice on macOS.

This is the default way to connect your email account, documents, and calendar to SuperOffice on macOS.

These instructions are for macOS only. Are you using a Windows PC? See the instructions for Windows.

To be able to archive incoming and outgoing emails in SuperOffice, you need to connect SuperOffice and your email client.

Choose one of the following options:

  • SuperOffice Inbox (default)

    Watch this video to get started.

  • SuperOffice for Outlook - if you already use Microsoft Outlook and want to access key information and features from SuperOffice directly in your email and archive emails in SuperOffice.

    To connect SuperOffice for Outlook, go to our App Store and follow the instructions in the How to install tab. There are no installation required, you can simply enable it from your browser.

The default document integration on macOS is SuperOffice document library with WebTools for Mac.

Choose one of the following options:

  • SuperOffice Inbox (default)

    Note

    If you chose SuperOffice Inbox in step 1, you are already done.

  • Synchronizer for SuperOffice - to keep appointments, tasks, and contacts in sync between your Microsoft Outlook or Google calendar and SuperOffice.

  • WebTools for Mac - to export your SuperOffice diary to your iCalendar and copy your SuperOffice contacts to your Address Book.

    Note

    This is one way only import, from SuperOffice to your iCalendar, not a synchronization!
