SuperOffice and licenses

To log in to SuperOffice CRM from a Web or Windows client you need the following licenses:

  • Login rights to SuperOffice CRM
  • A client license to Standard CRM

View license information

  1. In Settings and maintenance, go to the Licences screen.
  2. Select the SuperOffice tab.
  3. The list shows the licenses you have purchased and activated. Click a license name to view more information about it.
Tip

Go to the Users screen, and select the User licences tab to see which users are using the different licences. In the Associates and Other users tabs, you can filter the list by licence type.

System licenses

License Description
system Specifies which systems you have access to.
SuperOffice Server Required to use SuperOffice CRM, SuperOffice Service and the other SuperOffice modules.
Online Web Services Required to access SuperOffice CRM, SuperOffice Service and the other SuperOffice modules from a web client.
Area Management Allows the definition of areas in Settings and maintenance.
Sales Intelligence Allows SAINT status monitors.
Exchange Synchronizer Allows use of SuperOffice Synchronizer.
SuperOffice Expander Services Allows functionality for anonymous and external users via SuperOffice Audience or third-party applications, among other things.
Customer Centre Allows use of the customer centre module in SuperOffice Service.
Sales Quote Management Allows use of quote module in Sale.

Site licenses

There are also so-called site licenses. A "site" in SuperOffice terms corresponds to a database or a satellite database. A site license specifies the following:

License Description
Satellite The number of satellite databases your organization can define.
Reporter Studio The maximum number of sites which can use SuperOffice Reporter Studio.
Audience The maximum number of sites which can use SuperOffice Audience.

User licenses (Windows)

Finally, there are user licenses for SuperOffice CRM for Windows, which are purchased for a specific number of users. This applies amongst others to the following products:

License Description
Standard CRM User Access to Standard CRM.
Marketing User Access to the Marketing module (SuperOffice Marketing), in addition to Standard CRM.
Sales User Access to the Sale module, in addition to Standard CRM.
Service User Access to SuperOffice Service, in addition to Standard CRM.
Complete CRM User Access to Standard CRM, Sale and SuperOffice Service.
Windows App Access to the Windows client for SuperOffice CRM.
Remote Travel Access to Remote Travel, which allows synchronization between the local database and the central SuperOffice database when the user is out traveling.
Pocket CRM Access to the Pocket CRM app for SuperOffice CRM.
Outlook Synchronizer Access to synchronization with Outlook.
Sale Quote Access Access to the Quote module, in addition to Standard CRM.
Note

You assign user licenses (CAL / Client Access Licence) to users from the Associates tab in the Users screen.
