You can move a user from one company to another, if your organization consists of multiple companies registered in the Our companies tab. If a user was set up under the wrong company, or if they have changed positions/jobs within your organization, they can be moved, including their activities and sales.
Click the Users button in the Navigator.
Select the Associates tab.
Select the required user in the list of users (see Users).
The user's information is displayed in the preview section on the right.
Click Task and select Move user.
In the Move user dialog, select Move to and choose the company you want to move the contact to.
Select one of the following under Action on all existing activities and sales:
- Leave all on <company>: Select this option if you do not want to transfer the activities and sales along with the user, but keep them on the current company.
- Move all to...: Select this option to transfer all the activities and sales to the new company.
- Move all activities starting from: Select this option to transfer activities and sales starting after a specific date.
To see the results before you confirm the action, click Show results .
- Click Move. The user is moved to the specified company.
