"allpersonwithassociatesearch" MDO List

Provides the same baseline functionality as , but additionally adds the associateId of the person to the extrainfo and changes the iconhint if the person is an associate.

Implemented by the AllPersonWithAssociateListSearchProvider class. The name of the MDO list is 'allpersonwithassociatesearch'.
