List of quote document types - assumes ExtraInfo is the name of RecordType enum value

AdditionalInfo = "email=Email" (DocTmplType enum value)

Implemented by the QuoteDocumentTypeProvider class. The name of the MDO list is 'quotedocumenttype'.
