Class SelectionMemberExtenderBase
This is the base class for all extenders that add SelectionMember fields to their base query. It handles all SelectionMember-related fields. Derived classes should simply implement the ExtenderBase.SetJoin method to join a SelectionMemberTableInfo to the RootQuery.

Derived classes should implement the population of ColumnData items for columns that are NOT handled by this base class in this method. Whether a column is handled by this base class is part of its database binding information, set by the various MapXXX methods.
