POST /api/v1/Agents/List/SaveTicketRelationDefinitionEntity
Updates the existing TicketRelationDefinitionEntity or creates a new TicketRelationDefinitionEntity if the id parameter is 0.
NsApiSlow threshold: 5000 ms.
