POST /api/v1/Agents/Quote/SendQuoteVersion

Send the quote to the user's customer.

Status string QuoteStatus = Ok / OkWithInfo / Warn / Error. Error implies IsOk = false.
TableRight TableRight The carrier's table right
FieldProperties object Field property dictionary mapping field names to field access rights.
