GET /api/v1/ChatTopic/{id}

Gets a ChatTopicEntity object.

Calls the Chat agent service GetChatTopicEntity. NsApiSlow threshold: 5000 ms.

$select string Optional comma separated list of properties to include in the result. Other fields are then nulled out to reduce payload size: "Name,department,category" Default = show all fields.

Description string The descriptiong for this topic.
WelcomeMessage string The welcome message sent to the customer when the chat session starts.

SecondsPrAccept int32 The average number of seconds per accept for this topic.

CustomQueueTextEnabled bool Use the custom queue message text
