GET /api/v1/ShipmentMessageBlock/default

Set default values into a new ShipmentMessageBlockEntity.

NetServer calculates default values on the entity, which is required when creating/storing a new instance Calls the Marketing agent service CreateDefaultShipmentMessageBlockEntity. NsApiSlow threshold: 5000 ms.
