# Edit a user

> How to change information about a user in the SuperOffice Developer Portal.

This task requires **User management** permission.

1. In the Developer Portal, go to your partner page.
2. Select **Users** from the left menu.
3. Locate the user in the list and click **Edit**.
4. Update the permissions.

   For details about each field, see the [user settings reference section](../user-settings).
5. Click **Save**.

  You can't update information stored in SuperID from the Developer Portal.
