# Add resource

> Adding items to the Resource list

Resources such as meeting rooms and projectors are defined in the **Lists** screen in Settings and maintenance. The types are displayed as items in the **General - Resource** list. Resources are displayed in the **Follow-up** dialog in SuperOffice CRM.

## Steps

1. Select <i class="ph ph-list-bullets" aria-hidden="true" /> **Lists** in the Navigator.

2. Select **General - Resource** from the dropdown menu. The **Items** tab displays all existing resources.

3. Click **Add** to open the **Edit list item** dialog.

4. Enter the required name of the item in the **Name** field. *(Mandatory)*

5. In the **Type** field, choose *Location* or *Other*.

   * If you select **Location** as the resource type, you can enter an address in the **Address** field.

6. Optionally, type in a description of the resource in the **Description** field.

7. Click **Save** to apply your changes or **Cancel** to discard them.

## Resource type

* **Location:** Resources of this type (for example meeting rooms) are available in the **Location** list in the follow-up dialogs in SuperOffice CRM, in addition to the **Resource** list in the **Invitation** dialog.

* **Other:** Resources of this type (for example a projector, loudspeaker, or other equipment) are available in the **Resource** list in the **Invitation** dialog.
