# Add request or message

> Add request or message

You can create a [request][1] in SuperOffice directly from Outlook. If the email relates to an ongoing issue, you can attach the message to a specific request.

## Create request

1. Open the email related to the request.

2. In the **SuperOffice** Outlook sidebar, select **Create request in SuperOffice**.

3. Choose the appropriate queue for the new request.

4. Click **Save**.

## Add message

1. In the **SuperOffice** Outlook sidebar, select **Add message to request**.

2. Search for the request by ID or title and select it.

3. Click **Save**.

  You can also create a follow-up or sale directly from the email.
