# Preferences in SuperOffice for Teams

> How to set your default archiving options in SuperOffice for Teams.

Each user can set default options that prefill the archive forms. You can always change them per save.

Select **Preferences** in the lower-left of the pop-up window to access your defaults:

* Default document template for chats.
* Default document template for files.
* Include deleted message notices (yes or no).
* Include emoji reactions (yes or no).
* Include files - attach to .EML (yes or no).
* Mark as completed by default.
* Generate AI summary by default (requires AI Labs).
