# Find a SuperOffice CRM Request action

> How to use SuperOffice find request action with Zapier

## Steps

1. On the Zaps page, click **Create**. Then click on the **Trigger** step and choose the event that will start a Zap.

2. Click on the **Action** step to set up app, event, and account:

   * In the **Action event** section, select **Find request**

3. Click **Continue**.

4. Choose your **Search Criteria** from the available options.

5. Set your **Search Value**.

6. Click **Test step** to check that the action works.

   If the above steps were configured correctly, the response should consist of **Request id**, **Title**, **Author**, **Contact id**, **Company name**, **Owner id**, **Owner**, **Category id**, **Category**, **Priority id**, **Priority**, **Status**, **Access level for request**, **Origin**, **Created by id**, **Created by**, **Replied at**, **Closed at**, **Deadline**, **Self URL**
