# Update a SuperOffice CRM Document Content action

> How to use SuperOffice update document content action with Zapier

## Steps

1. On the Zaps page, click **Create**. Then click on the **Trigger** step and choose the event that will start a Zap.

2. Click on the **Action** step to set up app, event, and account:

   * In the **Action event** section, select **Update Document Content**

3. Click **Continue**.

4. Fill out the mandatory fields **Document id** and **Document**.

5. Click **Test step** to check that the action works.

   If the above steps were configured correctly, the response should consist of **Document id**, **Company id**, **Company name**, **Contact id**, **Contact name**, **Project id**, **Project name**, **Sale id**, **Sale title**, **Template id**, **Template name**, **Completed?**, **Date**, **Our ref.**, **Your ref.**, **Title/Subject**, **Description**, **Owner id**, **Owner**, **Filename**, **Created date**, **Created by**, **Updated date**, **Update by**, **File**
