# What's new in SuperOffice

> Release notes. Here you will find all the small and big changes that have been released for SuperOffice in the different versions.

**SuperOffice 12** - a new version of SuperOffice CRM where AI becomes part of how you work every day.

SuperOffice 12 introduces a new way to license SuperOffice for new customers, bringing Sales, Marketing, and Service together across [five plans - Starter, Core, Growth, Plus, and Super][23]. Sales, Marketing, and Service functionality is included in all plans. AI capabilities are also available across all areas of SuperOffice, included in the different plans.

At SuperOffice, relationships are at the heart of everything we do - and we believe the right tools should make those relationships easier to build and maintain. We look forward to sharing what's ahead.

## SuperOffice CRM versions

The latest SuperOffice Online release is [**version 12.2**][9] - 09.07.2026.

Recent versions:

* [12.0 and newer][9]
* [11.1 - 11.13][11]
* [10.5][10]

### SuperOffice Onsite

The latest onsite release is **11.15** - 24.06.2026. See the [version history][19] for details.

## Mobile CRM versions

The latest release is [version 11.1.13][7] - 17.06.2026.

## Product integrations

  Ongoing pilot programs
</h2>

We use **pilot programs** to assess how well the features and functions meet our users' **needs and expectations**, to collect feedback, and to identify potential problems. The feedback from the pilot phase is valuable for refining the features and functions in SuperOffice. It helps us address any issues or concerns before releasing them to all our users.
