Edit Gmail Link settings

In the dialog SuperOffice Gmail Link - Settings you can set archive, general and account options and show version information about SuperOffice Mail Link. Open the SuperOffice Gmail Link - Settings dialog by clicking the SuperOffice icon in the top-right corner of your browser.

Always show the archive dialog

If unchecked, the dialog Archive email in SuperOffice will not be shown when you archive an email message by clicking the Archive button. All default values in settings will be used on this “quick archive” feature, even if the archive dialog is not displayed. After archiving the email message, a pop-up message is displayed. Sometimes, the dialog Archive email in SuperOffice is always displayed:

• If the sender’s email address is not registered in SuperOffice.
• If the sender’s email address is registered on multiple contacts/companies in SuperOffice.

Include non email templates in template list

Checked (): All document templates will be displayed in the Type list in the dialog Archive email in SuperOffice. Unchecked: Only document templates of the type Email will be displayed.

Default outgoing email template

Select the default document template to be used when archiving outgoing email messages.

Default incoming email template

Select the default document template to be used when archiving incoming email messages.

​

Default activity type

Select the default activity type to be used when creating an activity from an incoming email message.

SuperOffice account information

At the bottom of the dialog SuperOffice Gmail Link - Settings you can find the following information:

• Company name: The name of your company in SuperOffice.
• URL: The SuperOffice installation that Gmail Link is connected to. Click the link to open SuperOffice.
• User: The name of the SuperOffice user.
• Server version: The version of the SuperOffice server installation.

Change SuperOffice user

Click this link to connect to another SuperOffice installation. Follow the onscreen instructions.
