Send a follow-up as an email

Right-click the required follow-up on the Activities section tab in the Company, Contact, Diary, Sale or Project screens, and select Send as email.
A message is opened in your email program:
By default, the address of a specified contact is entered in the To field.
The follow-up type and description from the dialog for follow-ups is inserted in the subject field.
Edit the email message as required. For example, you can add more recipients.
Note
This information will not be updated in SuperOffice CRM.
Click Send to send the message.
