The History list

In several places in SuperOffice CRM, the history list makes it easy to access the last items you looked at. The history list contains companies, contacts, sales, selections or projects you have previously worked with. The number of records displayed in the history list is defined under Preferences. You can use the history list in different ways:

• Directly from the Navigator to go to the required company, contact, sale, project or selection.
• From dialogs containing the fields for companies, contacts, sales and projects, for example, the Follow-up and Document dialogs, to link to the follow-up or document.

Using the history list in the Navigator

1. Click the word Company, Contact, Sale, Project or Selection in the Navigator on the left of the window. An empty field is displayed at the top (this is used for FastSearcher). The history list is displayed below.
2. Click the company, contact, sale, project or selection you want to view.

For Sale and Requests, the record or selection you choose opens in the Sale screen or the Request screen. The search field in the left panel also shows your history. On the Request screen, the history shows the four standard lists first. Your recent requests and selections follow, up to the number set in Size of history list (at most 15).

Using the history list in dialogs

1. Open the relevant dialog.
2. Click next to the company, contact, sale, selection or project field. This brings up the history list.
3. Click the required company, contact, sale, selection or project to link to the record.
