Each user can set default options that prefill the archive forms. You can always change them per save. Select Preferences in the lower-left of the pop-up window to access your defaults:
  • Default document template for chats.
  • Default document template for files.
  • Include deleted message notices (yes or no).
  • Include emoji reactions (yes or no).
  • Include files - attach to .EML (yes or no).
  • Mark as completed by default.
  • Generate AI summary by default (requires AI Labs).
