Appointment.OwnedExternally. The calendar a follow-up was created in: SuperOffice itself, or an external calendar (kept in sync by the Synchronizer) that owns it. Implemented by the AppointmentExternalOwnerProvider class. The name of the MDO list is ‘appointmentexternalowner’.
