“saintsalestatus” MDO List

This SoList provider generates the sale status list for the Saint criteria. This is a simple, hard-coded list corresponding to the status field of the table. Implemented by the SaintSaleStatusProvider class. The name of the MDO list is ‘saintsalestatus’.
