The application configuration has to be approved to move to the next environment. For standard apps entering the App Store, the App Store information must also be approved.
In all three cases, after you click the Request to Publish button we create a support ticket and follow up with you via email. The workflow is different for standard and custom applications.

Application - Configuration
- In the Developer Portal, go to your application page.
- Select Configuration from the left menu.
- Click the Request to Publish button.
- The version is now listed as pending. Look for the support email from us. The configuration cannot be used in the requested environment before it is approved.
- Client secret
- Certificate (RSA private key)
- CORS and redirection URLs
- Notifications
- Mirroring, ERP sync, or quote endpoints
- For any other values, contact the App Manager via our chat.
